You are grateful.
Get in the attitude of gratitude. This affirmation is so helpful when you’re feeling down. You can’t be grateful AND focused on what’s shitty in the same thought. Even if it's only a momentary reprieve, be grateful for that moment of relief. Be grateful for the big stuff and the itty bitty stuff. Be grateful for this breath and the next one. The more you are grateful for, the more you will find things to be grateful for.
