Weekly Affirmation - July 22, 2024
I can choose my thoughts.
We think an average of 6,000 thoughts a day. Some of those will be new thoughts, and some of those can be intentional, positive, growth oriented thoughts. We often forget that we can control and shape our thoughts. We can focus on the positive and stop the negative from sinking in. When you have a negative thought, notice it. Change it to something positive. Or change it to the neutral “I can choose my thoughts.”
Just by choosing to use this affirmation, you have chosen a thought. Keep going in that direction.
