Weekly Affirmation - November 18, 2024
You can feel good whenever you want to.
Try it. Be still. Close your eyes. Think about one of your favorite memories. Really feel your way into it - what do you see/hear/smell/taste/touch? Notice the feelings in your body. Do you start to smile? Ta da! You are feeling good.
Our thoughts are so powerful. Nothing in the minutes that you did this exercise changed except for your thoughts. Remember this the next time you notice a negative thought and remember that you can change it.
