Accepting ourselves with love and kindness makes life so much better. We can still want to change and grow, but accepting ourselves first takes the pressure off. It reminds us that we’re fabulous, complicated, whole human beings. It’s ok to accept that we have flaws and make mistakes. Accepting ourselves means seeing that our worth has nothing to do with being perfect. You are worthy just as you are. Accept yourself.
